Lowercase Brewing 5th Anniversary Steinbier

Turning 5 is a pretty big deal in craft beer. To celebrate, Lowercase Brewing in Seattle, Washington wanted to make a special beer for the occasion. They decided to brew a Steinbier, a beer using hot rocks to reboil the wort. This technique adds some caramelization and a lot of really cool minerality to the finished beer.
